For almost 40 years, the District 54 Education Foundation has been supporting our students and their families through direct financial aid, funding breakfast programs and food pantries within our schools, awarding grants for extracurricular activities and sponsoring STEM initiatives in classrooms and clubs. As advocates for whole-child success, we understand the profound impact that a supportive and united community has on a student’s educational journey. The Foundation, in partnership with supporting organizations, has three upcoming events – each providing a unique experience for its attendees and sponsors!
Are you a foodie? Join the Rotary Club of Schaumburg A.M.
at Chandler’s Chophouse Grille & Banquets
on Thursday, February 29 for their Souper Bowl of Soups tasting event! Sample soups prepared and served by area restaurants and vote for your favorite. Proceeds from the event will benefit the District 54 Education Foundation and the Schaumburg Township Food Pantry. All ages are welcome – purchase your tickets at schaumburgamrotary.org.
The Windy City Bulls
will be hosting a District 54 Takeover at their game on February 29 at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket purchased will be donated back to the Foundation. The night will feature District 54 students participating in performances and other on-court experiences before and throughout the game, and a District 54 Special Olympics basketball match at halftime. Join the Foundation as they bring back their Mardi Gras event on March 1!
