District 54 shares information about community events, activities and resources with our students and families through our Virtual Backpack.
We know families are always looking for ways to get their children involved in fun, engaging opportunities outside of school. At the same time, we want to make sure important information — like homework, school news and updates from teachers — remains easy for families to find. Therefore, we do not distribute paper flyers/brochures to our students and families from outside organizations.
We prioritize sharing activities, events and programs happening within the District 54 community. Organizations wishing to post information on this site should review the District 54 Virtual Backpack Guidelines. Per our web publishing guidelines, we cannot post outside organizations’ flyers (PDFs, Word docs, etc.) to our website, we will only post links. If you would like to include your organization’s information on this page, email a link to the information on the organization’s website to Maribel Claudio.
