As you may have heard, District 54 Superintendent Andy DuRoss announced that he is retiring in June 2027. The School Board has hired the firm Hazard Young Attea Associates (HYA) to assist them in the search for his replacement. The company is currently gathering feedback on the current strengths and challenges for the district, as well as the desired characteristics of the next superintendent.
Please take a few minutes to complete this Superintendent Search Survey and offer your insights by April 13. You are also invited to attend one of the following focus groups related to the superintendent search.
