District 54 Education Foundation Fundraisers
When you head to the village of Schaumburg’s Septemberfest festival over the Labor Day weekend, support the students of School District 54 and the D54 Foundation by parking at Collins Elementary School. For the low, low price of $10, you can park all day on Saturday or Sunday at Collins, located at 407 S. Summit Drive in Schaumburg just down the street from the festival. Then come back on Monday, Labor Day, and purchase food in the Foundation booth on nonprofit day.
District 54 Student Performances
Join us as we cheer on the students in our music programs. There are multiple performances on both Saturday, August 30, and Sunday, August 31. This will be District 54’s 34th year of performing at Septemberfest!
Saturday, August 30:
11 a.m. – Addams Eighth-Grade Band
11:45 a.m. – Keller and Lincoln Prairie Eighth-Grade Bands
12:30 p.m. – Addams, Frost and Lincoln Prairie Eighth-Grade Orchestras
1:15 p.m. – Dooley Early Instrumental Music Orchestra
Sunday, August 31
11 a.m. – Mead Eighth-Grade Band
11:45 p.m. – Eisenhower and Frost Eighth-Grade Bands
12:30 p.m. – Eisenhower, Keller and Mead Eighth-Grade Orchestras
All performances are on the Prairie Center for the Arts outdoor stage.
District 54 Board of Education Labor Day Parade Float
Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for our Board of Education, Superintendent and Grizzlies Special Olympics Team as they make their way through the parade route on Monday.
