Congratulations to the following high school seniors, and former District 54 students, who are the recipients of the 2026 Schaumburg Township Council of PTAs Scholarships. These students were celebrated at the PTA Scholarship and Recognition Dinner on May 6 at Mead Junior High School.
Bonnie Greenberg Memorial Scholarship
- Chase Jakobi: Hale Elementary School, Frost Jr. High and Schaumburg High School. Chase will attend Elmhurst University and major in mathematics/physics.
2-year College Scholarship
- Kiana Leopoldo: Campanelli Elementary School, Addams Jr. High and Conant High School. Kiana will attend Harper College and major in elementary education/PE.
4-year College Scholarship
- Anthony Macino: Nerge Elementary School, Mead Jr. High and Conant High School. Anthony will attend the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and major in business/human resources.
- Nicole Rafacz: Campanelli Elementary School, Addams Jr. High and Schaumburg High School. Nicole will attend University of Notre Dame and major in finance/accounting.
- Julia Strojny: Enders-Salk Elementary School, Keller Jr. High and Schaumburg High School. Julia will attend the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and major in public health/pre-med.
- Seyenna Patel: Nerge Elementary School, Mead Jr. High and Conant High School. Seyenna will attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and major in accounting/finance/pre-law.
- Aneesa Shah: Aldrin Elementary School, Frost Jr. High and Conant High School. Aneesa will attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and major in industrial engineering.
- Lenna Szczesniak: Collins Elementary School, Mead Jr. High and Conant High School. Lenna will attend the University of Alabama and major in public health/pre-med.
