• There is no cost for organizations donating an item of value to the registration packets (i.e. a water bottle, free meal coupons, etc.).
• The cost is $100 for any organization to place an advertisement in the registration packet.
• We expect up to 1,500 participants.
• Items are due by Friday, Sept. 1, 2023, to the D54 Rafferty Administration Center, 524 E. Schaumburg Road in Schaumburg. 

• Share information about your organization from a table at the event (indoor and outdoor options available).
• Name mentioned in a thank you flyer in each registration packet
