Conferences & Report Cards

Report cards will be sent home shortly after the end of each trimester. Schools will notify parents of the exact dates of distribution. The 2011-12 trimesters end on Nov. 10, 2011; Feb. 24, 2012; and June 5, 2012. The 2012-13 trimesters end on Nov. 9, 2012, Feb. 15, 2013 and May 30, 2013.

Deficiency notices are sent out the middle of each trimester to those junior high school students whose work is below a “C” average.

Parent-teacher conferences are held twice a year (Oct 4-5, 2012 and Jan. 17-18, 2013). However, should you desire a conference at any time during the school year, contact your child’s teacher to schedule a mutually acceptable time.

Any concern you may have about your child’s education should first be discussed with the classroom teacher. If further discussion is needed, you may contact the principal who will answer your questions or put you in touch with the appropriate central office administrator
